How Do You Make Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza?

To make grilled BBQ chicken pizza, grill pizza dough until lightly crisp, top it with barbecue sauce, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and cilantro, then return it to the grill until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown.   • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cornmeal or flour for handling dough

Directions:

1. Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F to 450°F.

2. Grill the Dough
Stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Brush one side with olive oil and place it directly on the grill. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until grill marks appear and the dough firms up.
