Ingredients:
- 2 ½ lb pre-seasoned TBS porchetta roast
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Porchetta
Bring the porchetta to room temperature by taking it out of the fridge about an hour before cooking. While waiting, preheat your oven to 450°F.
2. Roast the Porchetta
Place the porchetta skin side up on an oiled wire rack over a roasting pan. Rub the meat with a little more olive oil. Place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
