Ingredients for Breaded Pork Chops
- 4 TBS Pork Chops
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the coating for the pork chops using a series of shallow baking dishes. Beat together the eggs and milk and pour into one baking dish. In a second one, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Heat a large, deep oven-proof skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Dredge each pork chop into the egg mixture first, making sure all sides are coated well, and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the pork chops into the skillet. Cook each side for about 5 minutes until the pork is golden and crisp.
- Place the skillet into the oven and bake until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (about 25 minutes.)
