Ingredients for Frito Pie Casserole
- 2 pounds TBS ground beef (90% is ideal for this)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bag of corn chips
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 15-ounce can of ranch-style beans, undrained
- 1 10-ounce can of Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 can of sliced black olives, drained
- 1 can of diced green chilis, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- More garnish ideas: add diced jalapenos and sour cream!
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a deep baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
