Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin with Blue Cheese
- 4 6-ounce TBS beef tenderloin steaks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons of crumbled blue cheese
- 4 teaspoons plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 dash of ground white pepper
Directions:
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to warm up at room temperature for an hour before cooking.
