Ingredients for Cheesy Sausage Casserole:
- 1 pound of fully cooked TBS sausage, sliced
- 12 ounces of penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 1/2 cups of your favorite fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- Fresh basil for garnishing
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package’s directions. Set aside.
